Teacher of English
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, engaging and reflective practitioner to join our flourishing English Department.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong teaching skills and an ability to motivate, enthuse and challenge students to produce the highest quality work and make above expected progress.
We can offer the chance to work alongside excellent teachers in a supportive and aspirational department, where staff development is at the core of our on-going success.
English Literature is an extremely popular subject at A level within the school and there will be the opportunity for the candidate to teach the subject at Key Stage 5 if they wish.
Applications are welcomed from NQTs as well as from more experienced practitioners. We offer English from KS3 to KS5 and we would tailor a timetable accordingly to suit the ability and experience of the successful candidate.
Teacher of Psychology/Sociology
An excellent classroom practitioner is required to teach Psychology and Sociology to our KS4 and KS5 students. The successful candidate will have the potential or experience of teaching Psychology to A level, be a team player, have good communication and organisational skills and want to contribute to a very successful department within the school.
Applications would be particularly welcomed from candidates that are also able and keen to teach Sociology to our KS4 and/or KS5 students.
