Cover Supervisor
Required from September 2025 (or earlier should the circumstances allow)
Salary: Dependent on experience – to be discussed at interview
37 hours per week, Term Time Only + 5 Inset Days (or equivalent Twilight Sessions)
A confident and reliable person is required to supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of Teachers. The successful candidate will be expected to give instruction for a lesson as provided by the Teacher, ensuring students engage in the learning activity. Experience of working in a school-based environment is therefore highly desirable. The ability to work professionally under pressure, impose the school’s behaviour management policy and operate flexibly within the changing needs of the school is essential.
