We are really pleased to share with you that Tammy Whiteman, the Engagement Officer for South Kent, has created an excellent vlog for young people on preparing for their college interviews. This vlog is particularly relevant at this time as the majority of these are taking place virtually or over the phone.

The vlog is available from the website here or you can view the social media post here.

If you have any feedback on this vlog or suggestions on what the next vlog topics should include, please do not hesitate to email  ParticipateKent@theeducationpeople.org.

COVID-19 has changed the way in which they offer support to young people and their families and the fantastic Engagement Officers; Chloe Johnstone (East Kent), Victoria Lawrence (North Kent), Helen Whitcher (West Kent) and Tammy Whiteman (South Kent) have been working over the last month to support over 120 young people in Years 11, 12 and 13 through the new booking system.

Young people or their parent/carers can book a telephone appointment with the most appropriate Engagement Officer through the booking system to get support with post-16 options and apprenticeships.
