A total of 14 students with a background from Poland visited the Battle of Britain Memorial Museum, Capel-le-Ferne in late January. Mrs Perera and Mr Murphy took charge of the group, which focused on the contribution of pilots from Poland during the Battle of Britain. The foggy and murky conditions ensured France could not be seen but it proved to be both an educational and enjoyable trip.

It is intended to conduct a follow up study on the contribution of air force pilots from Poland and make a presentation of the student work in due course.
